Olha specilalises in the private international law, insolvency/bankruptcy. She deals with debtors’ and creditors’ rights and corporate restructurings. Olha represents debtors, creditors, official and unofficial committees, and third parties in bankruptcy-related litigation both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
Her clients also include public and private companies facing insolvency, as well as companies interested in purchasing assets from insolvency debtors. Olha’s credentials cover advising financial sector and corporate clients on domestic and multi-jurisdictional insolvency litigation proceedings.
Olha frequently speaks on insolvency regulations at professional events hosted by INSOL Europe, with recent engagements in Ukraine and abroad. Also, she is a regular contributor of articles on the insolvency-related topics to professional media and multijurisdictional handbooks.
Olha’s previous experience includes working as an expert and consultant on public and European law in the EU project.
She taught International Commercial Law as an Assistant Professor at Wisconsin International University (USA) in Ukraine. Prior to this, she was a lawyer in KPMG Ukraine.
