Hillmont Partners is a Co-Organizer and Partner of the EBA Online Tax Development Programme
On January 31, 2023, the European Business Association (EBA) will launch a powerful educational programme on tax development.
The EBA Tax Development Programme began in 2018 to help business owners and managers understand Ukrainian and foreign tax systems, learn all the intricacies of tax minimization and legal optimization methods, as well as tax structuring. The EBA updates its programme every year to comply with the current tax legislation.
In particular, during 5 modules of the 2023 Programme, tax experts will explain cases of blocking tax invoices, the latest practices in the field of VAT, single tax and income tax, the specifics of taxation when relocating to western Ukraine and to Central and Western Europe during the wartime, as well as consider local and international taxation aspects.
Valentyn Zasukha, Partner at Hillmont Partners, will speak at the 5th Module of the Programme on February 16, 2023, to focus on tax aspects of business relocation to Europe. The Module is organized with the support of experts of the Berlin office of the consulting firm Mazars. Adrian Kloer, Partner at Mazars, and Serhii Kolesnikov, Senior Counsel, focus on international and European taxation, taxation of individuals and legal entities in the international context, international restructurings and investment optimization.
