NGO “All-Ukrainian organization” Ukrainian Association of Specialists for attracting investments
07.06.2017 “Proinvest” together with “Hillmont Partners” held a round table devoted to the discussion of issues of security and protection of the rights and freedoms of investment relations in Ukraine against unlawful (criminal) attacks.
During the roundtable, among others, the question of countering to the schemes of raider seizure of corporate rights and property of others were discussed.
Following the results the roundtable participants agreed to continue cooperation between the public organization “All-Ukrainian organization” Ukrainian Association of Specialists for attracting investments “Proinvest” and “Hillmont Partners” regarding protection of the rights and freedoms of investment relations in Ukraine against unlawful (criminal) attacks and signed relevant memorandum.
