Andrian leads the firm’s office in Lviv and coordinates relationships with clients in the Western Ukrainian region. He has extensive experience in supporting and protecting foreign investments in real economic sectors in Ukraine.

Andrian specializes in complex M&A transactions, advises on a wide range of corporate law issues, develops a strategy for protecting clients in national and international litigation, provides support for complex transactions, and advises on tax planning.

Professional experience

Andrian has been practicing law since 2001. He worked as an attorney-at-law and partner at a leading law firm in Ukraine’s Western region. He headed the legal department of a large national industrial group with production facilities in three countries for a long time.
