Hillmont Partners announces the arrival of Oleksandr Ilkov to its team
Oleksandr Ilkov joins Hillmont as a Partner and will contribute to the firm his extensive experience in the field of public affairs, legislative drafting and regulatory policy.
He has more than 10 years of experience in senior positions in governmental authorities, including the Presidential Administration of Ukraine, where in different years Oleksandr was responsible for communication between the President of Ukraine and the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, representing the interests of the President of Ukraine in the courts. He provides a deep understanding of the processes of formation and implementation of State policy, as well as the State decision-making mechanisms.
He also has in-depth knowledge of the judicial system of Ukraine, in particular, having worked as Advisor to the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Ukraine, and as a member of the High Qualifications Commission of Judges of Ukraine.
