Partner Andrii Chornous conducts training session for Ukrainian vis moot team
On April 9, 2025, Andrii Chornous, a Partner at Hillmont Partners and Co-Head of the International Dispute Resolution practice, acted as an arbitrator at the internal training session for the Ukrainian team prior to the final rounds of the 32nd Annual Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot (32nd Anr. Moot).
Andrii Chornous emphasised high level training of the team, noting that the participants had a good knowledge of the case file, clearly structured their presentations, and confidently answered the arbitrators’ questions. They combined legal analysis with practical arguments, responded accurately to comments, and consistently built their position even in complex procedural situations.
