Hillmont Partners’ Associate Partner Serhii Kalchenko has become a member of the Working group on drafting a law to ensure representation of citizens in community’ councils, and representation of territorial communities in raion and oblast councils.
The Group was formed pursuant to directive of the Vice-Prime-Minister of Ukraine – the Minister of Regional Development, Construction, and Housing and Utilities Infrastructure of Ukraine.
