In capacity of expert the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe Hillmont Partners’ Associate Partner Serhii Kalchenko participated in the workshop devoted to prevention and sanctioning the misuse of administrative resources during electoral processes.
The event was organized jointly by the Council of Europe and the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Moldova, and held in Chisinau on November 30.
