Iryna Nahorniak

Senior Associate

Iryna is a senior associate in International Dispute Resolution practice. She represents the interests of domestic and international clients in complex international disputes and arbitrations, provides legal assistance in development and implementation of business protection strategies, management of legal offensive and defensive steps aimed at protection of the Clients’ property rights.  Iryna also advises domestic and foreign companies on corporate and general commercial issues, with a focus on business structuring in the M&A transactions and providing legal support of agreements governed by English law.

Professional experience

Before joining the Hillmont Partners team, Iryna worked in the corporate law and private equity practice of a global law firm. Iryna has experience in supporting complex cross-border M&A transactions. She also provided legal support for the routine activities of public companies (AIM LSE), communicated with nominated consultants (NOMAD) and financial regulators, was involved in refinancing and venture investment projects.
