Yevhen Yelyseiev

Attorney-at-Law

Yevhen Yelyseiev is an attorney in the Dispute Resolution practice with extensive experience representing clients in private-law matters and before national courts. He advises clients on a broad range of legal issues, providing practical and strategic legal solutions.

Yevhen has strong expertise in mortgage, credit, and other private-law disputes, as well as in advising on tax, customs, land, and employment law matters. He regularly assists clients during investigative actions conducted by law enforcement authorities and has experience handling complex projects, including matters involving the protection of the rights and interests of non-residents.

Professional experience

Prior to joining Hillmont Partners, Yevhen worked within the administrative court system for eight years. Since 2017, he has represented clients in both private-law and public-law matters. Since 2019, he has been advising and representing businesses and private individuals as an attorney. In 2022, Yevhen became a certified mediator and has experience conducting mediation proceedings.
