Dmytro Iarovyi

Dmytro is a consultant in the firm’s Government Relations and Public Advocacy practice. He participates in the development and implementation of strategies for cooperation with state authorities and local governments and is involved in dialogue with regulatory authorities in the area of policy formation to ensure transparency and efficiency of business operations in Ukraine.
Professional experience
For five years, Dmytro headed a training program on public finance for civil servants of Ukrainian ministries at the Kyiv School of Economics, whose graduates successfully work in leading positions in the civil service and international projects, took a direct part in organizing and conducting an educational intensive for Members of Parliament of Ukraine in Truskavets (2019), and in attracting funding from international organizations. Before that, while working at the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine, Dmytro headed the international communications branch and was a member of the team that ensured interaction with international financial institutions and foreign partners. Dmytro teaches at the Kyiv School of Economics, Vytautas Magnus University (Lithuania), and Virginia Commonwealth University (USA).
