Taras Vasylenko is an attorney-at-law the White Collar Crime practice. He specializes in protecting the  clients from criminal prosecution in Ukraine. He provides legal support to private clients, business owners and top managers of national and international companies as victims and suspects in criminal proceedings, assists during searches and interrogations, and represents clients in courts and law enforcement agencies.

Taras advises clients on complex financial and white-collar crimes, and handles investigations for corporate clients related to bribery and corruption, fraud and ethical violations. He is also involved in working with clients to prevent and identify the risks of criminal prosecution, assisting with the development of effective strategies and efficient solutions to prevent abuse and violations of business law.

Professional experience

Prior to joining Hillmont Partners, Taras worked as an investigator at the National Police for 8 years, specializing in investigating economic and white-collar crimes.
