Hillmont Partners supports the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy team participating in the John H. Jackson WTO Moot Court Competition
Hillmont Partners is delighted to announce that it has provided financial support to the John H. Jackson WTO Moot Court team of the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
The team consists of four highly motivated students, including Yelyzaveta Frolkis, a Junior Associate at Hillmont Partners’ International Dispute Resolution and Private Clients practices.
On 11 January 2026, the team submitted memoranda both for the Complainant and the Respondent. It is now preparing for the 2nd European Regional Rounds in Oslo, Norway, to be held on 10–13 March 2026, aiming to advance to the final rounds in Geneva, Switzerland.

The John H. Jackson Moot Court is an international competition with rounds on five continents gathering students from around the world to practice WTO law in front of a panel of experts. The teams prepare and analyse a fictional case regarding WTO law and present their arguments both for the Complainant and the Respondent in front of a Panel which consists of WTO and trade law experts.
