Andrii Nyzhnyi Joined Developers of Training Course for Judges on Enforcement of Consumer Protection Law and Court Practice

Andrii Nyzhnyi, Co-Managing Partner of Hillmont Partners, Head of Domestic Litigation practice, acts as a developer and mentor in a series of special training events for judges.
On 4 November 2021, the National School of Judges of Ukraine held training sessions for future experts of education programmes for Ukrainian judges on the topics of “Consumer protection: Current issues of law enforcement and court practice” and “Resolving family disputes”. Both training courses are included in the syllabus of the structured training module to enforce the qualifications of judges working in local courts of general jurisdiction.
Andrii Nyzhnyi has joined the panel of keynote speakers and mentors of the courses. His materials and developments were included in the training on enforcement of consumer protection law and court practice. During the training event, Andrii and other experienced judges guided future trainers through key aspects and features of teaching the topic and handling practical tasks, explaining the main principles of dealing with Q&As and surveys.
In addition to this training course, Andrii Nyzhnyi contributes to the development of other professional education programmes for judges. In particular, he continues to work on his course, namely “Application of the principle of legal certainty in administrative proceedings”. This is being developed within the framework of the Council of Europe Project “Support for judicial institutions and processes to strengthen access to justice in Ukraine”, in which Andrii Nyzhnyi is involved as a national expert.
