Hillmont Partners Opens its Third Office in Ukraine
In March 2023, Hillmont Partners opened its office in Odesa. The firm’s team in southern Ukraine will provide a full range of legal advice on corporate and commercial law, investment planning and protection, and support for construction and real estate transactions at all stages – from land allocation and allotment to issuance of permits.
Our Odesa office lawyers will also represent corporate and private clients in commercial and criminal litigation as well as complex cases of debt restructuring and in bankruptcy proceedings.
In addition, Hillmont Partners’ Odesa office will lead the firm’s maritime law practice. The team has extensive experience in providing legal assistance to transport logistics and export-import transactions, and the lawyers regularly assist ship owners and charterers in handling maritime claims around the world.
The Odesa office team is headed by Partner Ivan Kovalenko, who has previously in Hillmont Partners’ Kyiv and London offices.
