Andrii Nyzhnyi joins the Board of the Ukrainian Bar Association Committee on Procedural Law
Andrii Nyzhnyi, Senior Partner at Hillmont Partners, has been elected as a Board Member of the Ukrainian Bar Association (UBA) Committee on Procedural Law for 2026-2027.
On 18 December 2025, the UBA Management Board approved the candidates elected to the Board Committee based on the results of an electronic vote by the Committee Members.
The lawyers elected the Board of the Committee on Procedural Law after reviewing the candidates’ practical experience in the relevant field of law and studying the initiatives and programmes proposed by the candidates for the development of the Committee over the next two years.
In his programme for the development of the Committee on Procedural Law, Andrii Nyzhnyi proposed that his colleagues focus on active participation in the judicial reform, analysis of legislative initiatives and drafting proposals and recommendations for their improvement, which would generally contribute to the improvement of procedural legislation. He recommended developing a series of targeted draft laws amending procedural codes in order to improve the regulation of the administration of justice in Ukraine.
The Hillmont Partners team congratulates Andrii Nyzhnyi on his election to the Board of the Committee on Procedural Law – we are proud of the result, support the initiatives, and will assist in their implementation.
