Hillmont Partners Welcomes New Partner Valentyn Zasukha to Lead its Corporate and M&A Practice

Hillmont Partners is pleased to announce that Valentyn Zasukha, an experienced corporate finance and investment advisor, is joining the firm as a Partner and Head of its Corporate and M&A practice.

Valentyn Zasukha is one of the market’s prominent legal managers with a diverse background. His credentials include advising on corporate financing (syndicate lending, subordinated debt instruments, refinancing, title financing), cross-border investments, pre- and post-M&A corporate restructurings and reorganizations, joint ventures and exit strategies. He is also strong in guiding businesses and private investors through corporate governance issues and banking and financial services regulatory. Valentyn has for many years coordinated the legal function within top national investment companies, financial institutions and NPL funds.
