Hillmont Partners Law Firm Opened Office in Lviv

Hillmont Partners Law Firm opened an office in Lviv in October 2022. The firm’s Western Ukrainian office focuses on providing the full range of legal services for corporate and private clients. The specialists working at the office handle the legal assignments of national and international businesses involved in entrepreneurial activities in Western Ukraine, also protecting entrepreneurs in judicial and criminal cases.

The office is headed by Andrian Artsyshevsky, a well-known Lviv-based lawyer, who joined the firm as a partner. Andrian has been practicing law and legal consulting for over 20 years. He was the Head of Legal at a large industrial group and worked as a lawyer at a leading law firm in Ukraine’s Western region. He specializes in corporate law, tax planning, complex transactions and litigation both in Ukraine and in foreign jurisdictions.

“We are pleased to welcome the team of Lviv-based lawyers led by Andrian Artsyshevsky to Hillmont Partners. We are convinced that the experience and expertise of our colleagues will effectively strengthen the resources of our firm in Western Ukraine. In the days when Ukraine is confronting military aggression, Lviv and the territory of Western Ukraine play a significant role as a powerful center for business activity, where local enterprises and businesses that survived  relocation continue their operation and development”, Andriy Nyzhnyi, co-managing partner of the firm, said.

“We believe in effective cooperation with Andrian and his lawyers, as we have had the opportunity to see their professionalism in person while working on joint client matters,” adds co-managing partner James Hart.

“It is an honor for my team to join Hillmont Partners and coordinate the work of the firm’s office in Lviv. Our region continues to work and develop, attracting and protecting investments, and my colleagues and I continue to provide prompt and high-quality legal support to existing and new clients who believe in Ukraine and its victory”, says partner Andrian Artsyshevsky.
